How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The Grand Hall comfortably accommodates up to 300 seated guests for wedding receptions, making it one of the larger dedicated wedding venues in the region. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large gathering, our flexible layout allows the space to feel comfortable, connected, and welcoming
Is the venue fully indoors?
Yes. The Pumphouse Venue is a fully indoor, climate-controlled venue, allowing your event to take place comfortably regardless of weather or season.
The space includes a large grand hall for receptions, a dedicated indoor ceremony space, and additional areas for gathering, cocktail hour, and overall flow throughout the event. There is also an optional outdoor ceremony area available if you’d like to incorporate it into your day.
What is the Weekend package?
The Weekend Package includes extended access to The Pumphouse Venue, with time on Friday for setup and rehearsal, your full wedding day on Saturday, and additional access on Sunday for pickup and wrap-up.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to choose your own vendors, provided they meet our venue requirements. We also maintain a curated list of trusted preferred vendors if you’d like recommendations for professionals familiar with The Pumphouse Venue.
Is alcohol allowed? Can we do BYOB?
Alcohol is permitted at the venue. You may use a licensed and insured bar service, or choose a BYOB option with prior approval.
For BYOB events, a facility use fee applies to cover bar setup, cleanup, and use of the space. We’ll walk you through options and details during booking so everything is clear and easy.

Our Design Collections are optional packages that simplify planning while creating a beautifully coordinated wedding day.
