FAQ
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The venue accommodates up to 300 guests and works well for a wide range of wedding sizes. Most events fall in the 150 to 300 guest range, but the space can also be configured to create a great experience for more intimate weddings with fewer guests, including events around 50 people.
Is the venue fully indoors?
Yes. The Pumphouse Venue is a fully indoor, climate-controlled venue, allowing your event to take place comfortably regardless of weather or season.
The space includes a large grand hall for receptions, a dedicated indoor ceremony space, and additional areas for gathering, cocktail hour, and overall flow throughout the event. There is also an optional outdoor ceremony area available if you’d like to incorporate it into your day.
What is included in the Signature Experience?
The Signature Experience includes everything in the Classic Rental, along with our full black linen collection, napkins, cocktail tables, and table décor. It’s designed to give your event a more complete and cohesive look without needing to source those items separately.
What is the Grand Weekend?
The Grand Weekend includes everything in the Signature Experience, along with extended access to the venue. This includes time on Friday for setup and rehearsal and time on Sunday for cleanup, allowing you to spread your event out and avoid a rushed schedule.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your own vendors, including catering and bar service. We also provide a list of trusted vendors if you’d like recommendations.
Is alcohol allowed? Can we do BYOB?
Alcohol is permitted at the venue. You may use a licensed and insured bar service, or choose a BYOB option with prior approval.
For BYOB events, a facility use fee applies to cover bar setup, cleanup, and use of the space. We’ll walk you through options and details during booking so everything is clear and easy.
