What is the venue capacity?

The Pumphouse is designed to host grand celebrations comfortably. We can accommodate 300+ guests for a seated dinner and dancing, with ample room for food service and socializing.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception on-site?

Absolutely. Unlike many venues that require a ‘room flip,’ we feature distinct dedicated spaces for your entire day. You can host your ceremony in the Chapel, move to the Foyer and Atrium for cocktail hour, and reveal the Grand Hall for your reception—offering your guests a seamless flow without ever needing to displace them.

Can we choose our own caterer?

Yes. We welcome licensed and insured catering teams to our venue. Whether you envision a plated dinner or a buffet, you are free to select the team that best fits your vision. Your catering team will also have access to our dedicated prep kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes. You are welcome to provide your own alcohol (BYOB) with prior venue approval.

Policy: We charge a Bar Facility Fee for all BYOB events or outside bar services. This fee is waived if you book our Preferred Bar Service.

What tables and chairs are included?

Our standard rental includes 60″ round tables and chairs for up to 300 guests. We also have a curated collection of Cocktail Tables, Black Linens, and Napkins available for rent directly through the venue—saving you a trip to an outside rental company.

How do we secure our date?

To officially reserve your date on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your event.
